If you are looking for a club with a long history of national and international players or just to have a bit of fun, no matter how old or young you are, come and join the Curtin University Hockey club. Curtin students, we would love to have you join our club. We are a seeking new members and welcome your enquiry to join us.

2017 season is an exciting one for all our members as we have newly changed our name from Curtin Trinity Pirates to Curtin University Hockey Club retaining our nickname ‘Pirates’.

This year we will be looking bright & cheery in our new uniforms of orange and white.

Our current clubrooms are based at PHS Bentley and train at the same place either on the turf or grass fields near Curtin Sports stadium.

Successes have been extensive throughout the grades and years: in our Vets, juniors, men’s, women’s grass and turf teams.

  • Curtin University Hockey Club (formerly Curtin Trinity Pirates) women 1’s have been in 12 grand finals having won 5 premierships and have fielded 9 Olympians with 7 gold medals.
  • Curtin University Hockey Club (formerly Curtin Trinity Pirates) men’s 1’s have won 3 premiership and have fielded 1 Olympic gold medalist. Tigers & CBC men have fielded 7 Olympians with 2 Bronze medalists and 3 silver medalists.
  • Our history is immense and between the men and women there have been many more Curtin University (CTP) athletes that have also represented junior state sides, senior state team and Australia.

We have a proud history of our Vets, life members, family and supporters who all thoroughly enjoy their hockey and proudly support each other.
